Harnesses

Our production site in Heidelberg specializes in custom-tailored, high-quality and thoroughly tested harnesses. Our manufacturing plant possesses the technical expertise, the know-how and the capacity to solve complex wiring problems. So we are able to offer all kinds of harnesses,from electrical cable harnesses up to micro-cable systems, for example to be used in the telecommunications industry.

Harness - Material
We offer a wide range of different materials for the outer jacket, the shield and the protection meshwork. The jackets can be heat resistant, water- and chemical-resistant, as required.
Harness - shielding meshwork
Standard shielding meshwork is made of tinned copper, nickel-plated copper and tinned iron/copper. Protective meshwork, e.g. made of black Dacron, provide additional mechanical protection from environmental stress.
